This Privacy Policy applies to information collected by Aeon Path LLC (“Aeon Path,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through digital.aeonpath.com, related Aeon Path Digital pages, online forms, assessments, scheduling tools, applications, email and text communications, and digital consulting or implementation services that link to this policy.

Please do not submit highly sensitive information through a general website form.
